Philip Mould & Company have been specialising in British art and Old Master Paintings for the past 30 years. Our gallery, located on London's historic Pall Mall, showcases 500 years of British art from Tudor and Jacobean portraiture, rediscovered masterpieces by Sir Anthony Van Dyck, outstanding works by Thomas Gainsborough and Sir Joshua Reynolds, fine Portrait Miniatures, leading examples of Modern British painting and sculpture and much more.

Spread across three floors, our gallery is a testament to the development of fine art in Britain over the past 500 years. Through research and connoisseurship, we have brought lost old masters back to life and are committed champions of 20th Century British art. We also host regular exhibitions, with loans from national and international institutions. Philip Mould OBE has specialised in British art for over thirty years and is regarded as the foremost expert in British portraiture. He works closely with private collectors and institutions to build their art collections and is widely consulted by the media.

Our specialist on portrait miniatures is Emma Rutherford, who was previously head of the miniature department at Bonhams, and before that worked at the V&A. She is one of the most widely respected portrait miniature specialists, and has published extensively on the subject.
