Helene Bailly Gallery
Born into a famous family of gallery owners, art dealers and auctioneers, Helene Bailly Marcilhac inherited in 2007 the family gallery founded by her father Charles Bailly in 1977 on the left bank of Paris, at 25 quai Voltaire and opened the same year her own space rue de Seine.
Since the gallery has extended onto the right bank in 2015 at 71 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, a nexus of business, luxury and art, it continues to expand its footprint by adding to its space in 2018.
Within her two spaces, on the left bank opposite the Louvre and on the right bank opposite the Bristol Hotel, Hélène Bailly Marcilhac offers a selection of pieces from the fundamental movements that occurred between the late 19th to 20th century, permanently showing works by artists such as Pissarro, Sisley, Monet, Renoir, Matisse, Marquet, Van Dongen, Picabia, Fernand Léger, Picasso, Braque, Juan Gris, Chagall, Zadkine, Calder, Vieira da Silva, de Staël and Bernard Buffet.
Beyond its exhibition program and artistic projects, the Helene Bailly Gallery also collaborates with prestigious institutions such as the Musée d'Orsay, the Musée Jacquemart-André in Paris, the Musée de l'Annonciade in Saint-Tropez, the Musée Courbet in Ornans or the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam.
She also participates in international art fairs such as the BRAFA in Brussels, the Salon du Dessin in Paris, Masterpiece London, the Biennale Paris, PAD London among others.
Hélène Bailly Marcilhac is moreover a member of the Syndicat National des Antiquaires, of the Nocturne Rive Droite Association, of the Professional committee of art galleries, and an Expert Accredited by the European Chamber of Expert-Advisors in Fine Art.
